产后康复按摩术应用对产妇身体健康的影响及观察分析

【摘要】 目的 分析产妇产后采用康复按摩技术对产妇身体健康的影响情况。方法 对产后妇女实施产后康复按摩术，观察和分析治疗前后患者的身体健康情况。结果 治疗后产妇的睡眠和乳汁分泌以及情绪等情况明显要优于治疗前，P<0.05。结论 对产后产妇实施康复按摩，能够有效地促进产妇乳汁的分泌，缓解患者的身体疼痛症状，有效的沟通可以舒缓产妇不良情绪，提高其睡眠质量和身体健康水平。
