耳穴压豆对前列腺电切腰硬联合麻醉术后患者肛门排气影响的观察

     【摘要】 目的 观察耳穴压豆对前列腺电切腰硬联合麻醉术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 将132例前列腺电切患者按随机数字表随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组63例，干预组69例。对照组给予常规的术后护理干预，干预组在执行常规术后护理干预基础上配合一套耳穴压豆。记录两组患者术后首次肛门排气时间。结果 两组患者术后第一次肛门排气时间比较(P<0.01)，差异有统计学意义。结论 耳穴压豆治疗可以促进前列腺电切腰硬联合麻醉术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。
