日照市130例习惯性流产患者的病因分析

【摘要】 目的 分析引起习惯性流产的病因，并针对病因探讨临床治疗方法，降低不良妊娠的发生。方法 对我院自2012年1月——2013年6月收治的习惯性流产病人130例进行习惯性流产病因分析，并进行针对性治疗，观察疗效。结果 130例病例中免疫因素占32.31%，遗传因素染色体异常占26.15%；内分泌异常占12.15%；女性生殖器感染占11.54%；子宫异常占7.69%；原因不明占6.18%。结论 造成习惯性流产的原因众多，针对病因及时进行治疗和预防就可以降低流产的概率，达到足月分娩的目的。
