【摘要】 张文铠名老中医认为肾病综合征的主要病机其内因为脾肾两脏气虚、阳虚，外因为风寒湿邪侵袭所诱发。水肿期水邪泛滥，急则治其标，宜逐水以退肿。水肿消退期脾肾两虚，宜健脾补肾培元气。
