【摘 要】目的：观察外剥内扎加内括约肌部分离断术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法：以外剥内扎加内括约肌部分离断术治疗混合痔43例为治疗组,常规外剥内扎术治疗混合痔43例为对照组,两组间进行对照观察。结果：两组治愈率比较,治疗组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后并发症比较,治疗组与对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：混合痔应用外剥内扎加内括约肌部分离断术治疗效果好,术后并发症少,愈合快。

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effect that the operation of the Milligan-Morgan and cuting off the part of internal sphincter treat mixed hemorrhoid. Method：we take it to the operation of the Milligan-Morgan and cuting off the part of internal sphincter treat 43 cases of mixed hemorrhoid as treatment group, conventional Milligan-Morgan treat 43 cases of mixed hemorrhoid as control group, we compare the clinical effect of the both group.Result：on the clinical effect,the both group have no statistical significance (P> 0.05); in post-operative complications, treatment and control groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The effect of the treatment group is more than control group.
