【摘 要】通过对活跃期异常产妇产程的观察，及时发现并处理导致产程延长的潜在危险因素，从而缩短产程，降低胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生，提高阴道分娩率。

    【Abstract】(Based on the active phase of abnormal labor process observation, we can timely find and deal with the potential risk factors which leading to prolonged labor, thus shortening the birth process, decreasing fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and improving the rate of vaginal delivery.)

    活跃期即宫口扩张的加速阶段，一般根据宫颈扩张明显加速，宫颈扩张曲线开始上翘起，形成20。以上的转角处作为活跃期开始的阶段，此点多在宫口扩张2～3cm处[1]。活跃期异常多表现为活跃期宫颈扩张延缓或阻滞或活跃期胎先露下降延缓及阻滞或活跃期时间延长或停滞等 ......
