【摘 要】目的：探讨层流手术室的正确使用管理与手术是否顺利开展及切口感染的机率。方法：将我院从2011年8月使用洁净手术室以来如何进行洁净手术部使用与管理确保手术成功开展。结果：所有手术顺利开展，院感率大大降低。讨论：洁净手术部的正确使用，管理是手术得以开展，院感几率得以下降的重要条件。
