【摘 要】目的：探讨老年膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜治疗围手术期护理措施。方法：2009年06月～2011年12月我院骨科收治老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者56例，行膝关节镜清理术，术后实施整体护理，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。认真评估患者的健康状况，结果：56例患者经关节镜治疗及精心护理均取得满意效果。结论：严密的病情观察及护理和有效的功能锻炼是确保治疗成功的关键，有利于患者关节功能的恢复，有效防止手术并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the elderly osteoarthritis of the knee joint Arthroscopic treatment of perioperative nursing interventions. Methods：June 2009 - December 2011 admitted to my hospital orthopedic elderly osteoarthritis of the knee in patients with 56 cases, row arthroscopic knee debridement, and postoperative holistic nursing, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.
