【摘要】目的：在以往海洛因成瘾者药物维持治疗研究的基础上，进一步探讨影响维持治疗依从性的因素。方法：本院从2002—2011年患者运用十五项技巧，对半年以上的在治病人进行现场问卷调查、电话问卷调查并分析有关的影响因素。结果：让患者消除恐惧、建立信心。结论：本方法对提高海洛因成瘾病员药物治疗依从性有良好的效果。
