【摘 要】目的：观察芬太尼配伍丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查过程中麻醉效果。 方法：将82例首次接受胃镜检查的患者分为两组，A组在芬太尼及丙泊酚麻醉状态下行无痛胃镜检查，B组行常规胃镜检查。对比两组主要生命体征、疼痛水平及焦虑水平、检查过程中的肢体反应、不良反应发生率及检查过程舒适度等。 结果：芬太尼配伍丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查，与常规胃镜检查相比较能明显减轻患者的疼痛及焦虑状态，检查过程中肢体反应少，不良反应发生率低，检查过程舒适，但对呼吸及循环功能有一定的抑制作用。讨论：芬太尼配伍丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查，能明显减少患者的检查过程的痛苦与不适，减少不良反应发生率，值得临床推广使用。

    【Abstract】Objective：Observe fentanyl and Propofol in painless gastroscope inspection anaesthetic effect in the process. Methods：82 cases of first to accept gastroscope inspection of the patients were divided into two groups, A group in the fentanyl and Propofol anesthesia downside painless gastroscope inspection, group B with regular gastroscope inspection. Comparing the two groups of major life signs, the level of pain and anxiety level, check body reaction in the process of the incidence, adverse reactions and inspection process comfort, etc. Results：Fentanyl and Propofol used to painless gastroscope inspection, compared with conventional gastroscope inspection can significantly reduce the pain and anxiety states patients, body reaction in the process of less, adverse reaction rate were low, inspection process was comfortable, but to respiratory and circulatory function had the certain inhibition. Conclusion：Fentanyl and Propofol used to painless gastroscope inspection, can significantly reduce the patients to the pain and discomfort inspection process, reduce adverse reaction rate, and promote the use of clinical. ......
