【摘 要】目的::凝血指标检测对治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的疗效保证。方法::对我院100例因急性下肢动脉栓塞入院的患者，利用本实验室SysmexCA—7000型血凝仪监测了APTT (活化的部分凝血活酶时间)、ACT(活化凝血时间)、PT(凝血酶原时间)、INR(国际正常化比值)、AT：A(抗凝血酶活性)、纤维蛋白原测定等指标，所有标本均采取即采血即测定。结果: 为了保证抗凝溶栓的有效性和安全性，我们总结了凝血四项指标的应用范围：APTT较正常对照组延长1.6—2.7倍，ACT维持在340—460秒，PT维持在28秒以内，INR控制在2.0—3.0，AT：A应保持在78±2%左右，纤维蛋白原控制在130—360/100ml。结论:: 凝血四项对急性下肢动脉栓塞的诊断和治疗，特别对术后进一步抗凝溶栓具有重要的作用。

    Objective: blood coagulation index for the treatment of acute lower limbs testing the curative effect of artery embolization guarantee. Methods: 100 patients in our hospital because of lower limb artery embolization raced hospital patients, using the lab SysmexCA-7000 type blood clots instrument monitoring the APTT (activation part blood coagulation live enzyme time), ACT (activate blood coagulation time), PT (prothrombin time), INR (international institutions ratio), AT: A (anticoagulant enzyme activity), fibrinogen and determination of index, all specimens that are take blood that is determined. Results: in order to ensure the effectiveness of anticoagulant thrombolysis and safety, we summarized the blood coagulation four indicators of application: APTT A normal control group by 1.6-2.7 times, ACT to maintain in the 340-460 seconds, PT maintain in 28 seconds within the INR control in 2.0-3.0, AT: A should be held in 78 + 2% or so, fibrinogen control in 130-360/100 ml. Conclusion: blood coagulation four of acute lower limb artery embolization diagnosis and treatment, the special of postoperative further anticoagulation thrombolysis has the vital role. ......
