【摘 要】目的:探讨老老年房颤的特点与护理方法。方法：调查2008年1月～2011 年9月于我院老年病科住院的112例老年房颤患者的房颤类型、病因、心脏超声、动态心电图、入院时心理状态、治疗，护理方法。结果：应加强以下几个方面的护理：严密观察病情变化并及时、准确、合理的用药；提供适宜的心理护理；应给予患者低脂、低盐、高维生素的饮食,切忌食暴饮暴食，保持大便通畅；提高患者的自控与自我调节能力，鼓励患者坚持服药，适量运动；宣传房颤的基础知识, 指导患者家属如何预防房颤的急性发作或急性发作的抢救措施, 紧急状态的处置等。结论：护理人员应熟悉老老年房颤的临床特点，各种药物的作用及不良反应, 准确用药，积极进行心理护理和健康宣教对疾病的成功防治具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the characteristics and nursing methods of the very elderly with atrial fibrillations (AF). Methods We investigated AF Types, Etiology, Cardiac echocardiography, Dynamic ECG, Psychological state，Treatment and Nursing methods of 112 elderly cases in our Geriatrics Dept from 2008 January to 2011 September. Results We should strengthen the following several aspects in nursing. First of all, patients’ condition should be observed closely and drugs should be used timely, accurately and reasonably. Secondly, appropriate psychological care should be provided; Low fat, low salt, high vitamin diets should be provided to keep them eating regularly and avoid constipation.We should improve patients’ self-control and self-regulation ability and encourage them adhere to medication and regular exercise. Finally, health education of AF should be carry out to the patients and their family to guide them how to prevent acute exacerbation of atrial fibrillation or rescue measures of acute episode and emergency disposal. Conclusions Nurses should be familiar with the clinical characteristics of AF in old people and effects and adverse reactions of medicines to make sure medicines used accurately. It’s significant to prevent and treat AF in old people with positive psychological care and necessary health education. ......
