【摘 要】为了对屈光异常儿童及早进行确诊治疗，双流县城区、农村儿童视力屈光异常情况的了解和抽查是完全有必要的。为了统一标准和业内分析，使用美国伟伦Suresight视力筛查仪对双流县城乡20所幼儿园儿童进行屈光检查并随机整群抽样，其中城区3018人，乡镇2933人。结果为城区儿童屈光异常发生率16.0%，农村屈光异常发生率16.19%。城区、农村儿童屈光异常发生率无显著差异。

    【Abstract】It is necessary to explore the dioptrical conditions of children in cities and countrysides so as to diagnose and cure them with ametropia. The device of Welch Allyn Suresight is employed for the process of dioptrical examination and randomly sampling gets used later(3018 urban people and 2933 rural). The incidence of ametropia is 16.0% for urban while it is 16.9% for rural. There is no significant difference for ametropia rate.
