【摘 要】目的：探讨腹腔镜技术在急性坏死性胰腺炎治疗中的应用。方法：回顾性分析2010年5月至2011年12月间行腹腔镜手术治疗的急性坏死性胰腺炎病例，对手术时机、手术适应症、术式的选择进行分析。结果：6例经腹腔镜手术治疗患者均治愈出院。结论：恰当运用腹腔镜手术治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎可获得恰当的感染控制和胰腺坏死组织清除效果。

    【Abstract】Objective：Laparoscopic techniques discussed in the treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis application Methods：Retrospective analysis in May 2010 to 2011 between December laparoscopic surgical treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis cases, operation time, surgical indications for surgical, the selection of analysis. Results：The 6 patients with laparoscopic surgery patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion：Proper use laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis may get proper infection control and pancreas remove necrotic tissue effect.
