咪唑安定配伍芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果评价

【摘 要】目的：观察咪唑安定配伍芬太尼在无痛人工流产术中的麻醉疗效。方法： 将86例因早孕需行无痛人工流产术的患者随机分为两组，一组应用丙泊酚配伍芬太尼，另一组应用咪唑安定配伍芬太尼，对比两组围手术期间的生命体征、镇静及镇痛效果副反应发生率及对手术过程的记忆。结论：咪唑安定配伍芬太尼在无痛人工流产术中无明显的呼吸及循环抑制作用，有良好的镇痛及镇静作用，恶心及呕吐等副反应发生率低，患者对手术过程不能回忆。讨论：咪唑安定联合芬太尼应用于无痛人工流产术，副作用小，手术过程平稳，具备安全有效，恢复迅速等优点。
