【摘 要】目的：评价金水宝胶囊对COPD稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法：按照预先制定的COPD患者入组及排除标准选择40例患者，采用COPD稳定期综合治疗措施加服金水宝胶囊，治疗前后应用COPD生活质量评估专用的CAT问卷调查评分，比较治疗前后评分变化以评价患者用药前后生活质量变化。结果：治疗前后CAT评分差有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：金水宝胶囊可以明显改善COPD稳定期患者的生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective:To observe the effects of Jinshuibao capsule on quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage e. Methods: 40 cases with COPD were divided into the treatment group(Jinshuibao capsule and Synthetic Therapy) and the control group(Synthetic Therapy). Both two groups were given Synthetic Therapy contains health education and drugs such as bronchodilators and expectorant etc. The treatment group was given Jinshuibao capsules any more. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the CAT questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life. Results: A significant difference between the score of CAT was observed in two groups after 8 weeks. Conclusion: Jinshuibao capsule can improve the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. ......
