【摘 要】目的：观察注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶(邦亭)在眼科翼状胬肉手术中的止血效果。方法：选择60例眼科翼状胬肉患者,术前检查无肝,肾功能以及凝血功能障碍,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组于术前30分钟肌肉注射2KU的白眉蛇毒,对照组不注射任何药物.观察手术切口出血量,出血时间。结果：邦亭治疗组出血量以及出血时间均小于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论：注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶对眼科翼状胬肉手术具有较好的止血效果。

    The clinical observation of haemostatic effects of hemocoagulase injection in pterygm surgery

    【Abstract】Objective: to observe the haemostatic effects of hemocoagulase injection in pterygm surgery of ophthalmology. Methods: a randomized study include 60 cases haemostatic effects of hemocoagulase injection in pterygm surgery The pterygm patients whose physical examination are normal ,including hepatic ,renal and hemorrhage function .30cases each group, one group accept the injection of 2ku hemocoagulase, the other group not. and we observe the hemorrhage duration and bleeding volume. Results: bleeding volume and duration of the injection group is better than the other group.P<0.05. Conclusion:the hemocoagulase for injection demonstrates greater reduction in the bleeding volume at the pterygm wound. ......
