异位妊娠保守治疗不同方案疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：观察米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法：将60例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，为米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤加中药治疗；对照组30例，不用中药，余同治疗组。结果：治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组不良反应与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)；治疗组输卵管通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效较好，不良反应少，再次宫内妊娠率高。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect of MTX combined with mifepristone and Chinese crude drug on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods：60 ectopic pregnancy patients were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group 30 patients with MTX combining mifepristone and Chinese crude drug;control group 30 patienys,disuse Chinese crude drug,other same with treatment group.Results：Cure rate: treatment group is super than control group,(P<0.05). Side effect: treatment group compared with control group no significant difference between，(P>0.05). Through to compare two groups smooth of fallopian tube, difference with significance(P<0.05) . Conclusions：Curative effect of MTX combining mifepristone and Chinese crude drug to cure fallopian pregnancy was better, side effect was few. Intrauterine pregnancy rate was high again.
