【摘 要】胎儿娩出后24小时内阴道流血量达到或超过500ml者称产后出血。加强对产妇、产前、产时、产后的监测，及时发现导致产后出血的高危因素，针对病因,及时抢救处理,才能有效地减少产后出血的发生,提高抢救成功率，减少产妇死亡率。

    【Abstract】After the baby is delivered, within 2h of vaginal bleeding which meets or exceeds 500ml is called postpartum hemorrhage.
