【摘 要】目的：探讨站立位与卧位两种摄影方式在老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的区别。 方法：对63例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者，分别进行站立位及卧位摄影，并对椎体前缘高度进行测量，然后进行统计学分析。结果：站立位摄影与卧位摄影对压缩性骨折椎体测量差异具有显著性意义。结论：站立式投照胸腰椎可真实反映患者疼痛状况下胸腰椎骨与关节形态改变，为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

    【Abstract 】Objective：To investigate the standing position and lying position and two kinds of photography in senile thoracolumbar compression fracture in different. Methods: 63 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture patients, were standing and supine photography, and the anterior vertebral body height were measured, then carries on statistics analysis. Results: the standing and supine photography photography to the compression fracture of vertebral body measurements and there were significant differences. Conclusion: the vertical projection of thoracic and lumbar spine can reflect the condition of pain in patients with thoracic and lumbar bone and joint changes, provide reliable basis for clinical treatment. ......
