浅议角色扮演在脑外科护生教学查房中的应用(1)

【摘 要】目的：探讨角色扮演在护生教学查房中的应用效果。方法：187名护生分为20轮转组，对每轮转组编号，单号为A组，双号为B组，A组采用传统方法进行护理教学查房，B组应用角色扮演法进行教学查房，评价两组护生对查房的满意度和查房质量。结果：B组护生对教学查房的满意度和查房质量高于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：运用角色扮演法进行护理教学查房，能提高教学查房的质量。
