【摘 要】目的：对闭合性腹部外伤的诊断和治疗的相关体会进行总结。方法：抽取70例闭合性腹部外伤经手术明确诊断的病例，对其诊断和治疗进行分析，总结经验。结果：经过手术治疗后，66例患者达到治愈标准，临床治愈率94.3%，其他4例患者死亡，死亡率5.7%。结论：对闭合性腹部外伤进行及时准确的诊断和治疗，可以使该类患者的临床救治成功率显著提高。

    【abstract】objective：to the diagnosis of blunt abdominal injury and treatment of the related experience in this field. Methods：70 cases of blunt abdominal injury extraction by operation diagnosis of cases, the diagnosis and the treatment analysis, this paper summarizes the experience. Results：after surgical treatment, 66 patients to heal the standard, clinical cure rate 94.3%, other 4 patients died, a mortality rate of 5.7%. Conclusion：to blunt abdominal injury for timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment, can make the patient's clinical treatment significantly improve the success rate.
