【摘 要】目的：了解在押人员结核病暴发疫情的流行病学特征。方法：采用结核菌素试验、胸透、痰菌检查以及流行病学调查。结果：查出肺结核7例，罹患率达11.1%，其中肺结核涂阳3例、涂阴4例。结论：引起本次疫情的原因复杂，可能与新羁押人员未进行体检、首发病例未得到及时的治疗以及在押人员集居等多种因素有关。
