改良会阴侧切缝合术的临床应用研究

【摘 要】目的：探讨改良会阴侧切缝合术的临床应用。方法：选择2011年5月至2012年5月在我院经阴道分娩、采取会阴侧切的初产妇240例，其中采用改良的缝合方法120例为观察组，采用传统的缝合方法120例为对照组，比较两组切口缝合时间、切口愈合情况及产后住院天数。结果：观察组切口缝合时间、切口愈合情况及产后住院天数均优于对照组。结论：改良的会阴侧切缝合方法优于传统的缝合方法，值得推广和应用。
