【摘 要】目的：探讨沙培林用于三个月以下小婴儿特殊部位血管瘤注射治疗的疗效及护理。方法：55例小于三个月的特殊部位血管瘤患者予沙培林瘤体注射治疗，治疗一月后，通过B超检查比较血管瘤好转情况。结果：沙培林治疗总有效率81.8%，无效病例的B超检查未见血管瘤瘤体明显增大，作用肯定。结论：沙培林对三个月以下小婴儿特殊部位血管瘤有效且副反应小，易护理，不失为一种值得探索的治疗方法。

    The therapeutic effect and nurse of side effect of sapylin in hemangioma in priviledge sites of infants aged less than three months

    【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effect and nurse of sapylin injection for the treatment of hemangioma in priviledge sites of infants aged less than three months. Motheds：the selected 55 cases of hemangioma in priviledge sites of infants aged less than three months, were treated with sapylin injection, After a month, we campared the improvement of cure by using B-ultrasound inspection.Results：the effective rate of the treatment group was 81.8% with a good therapeutic effect.
