【摘 要】目的：探讨重度妊娠高血压综合征的护理措施。方法：对2009 年2月至2011 年2月收治的重度妊娠高血压综合征患者102 例的护理经验进行总结分析。结果：所有产妇经过精心的病情观察及有效护理，均无不适症状发生，全部治愈出院。护理前后平均动脉血压(MAP)和24h 尿蛋白相比差异有显著性(P < 0.05)。结论：产前、产后严密的病情观察及有效的护理措施，能防止并发症的出现，维护母婴身体的健康。
