【摘 要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对肺栓塞的诊断及临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析20例肺栓塞患者的多层螺旋CT资料。结果：20例患者均为肺栓塞，其中12例患者为肺梗死。结论：CT检查能准确诊断肺栓塞，是一种高效、迅速、方便、准确的检查方法，对临床治疗方法的选择及疗效观察具有重要参考价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of the multi slice CT in pulmonary embolism diagnosis. Methods: Review and analyze the multi slice CT data of 20 pulmonary embolism patients. Results: The 20 patients had pulmonary embolism, including 12 patients had pulmonary infarction. Conclusions: The CT examination is a highly efficient, rapid, convenient, accurate inspection method, which can accurate diagnosis pulmonary embolism and has important reference value in choosing the treatment methods and the clinical curative effect observation. ......
