【摘 要】目的：动脉全血与静脉血浆钾测定结果比较。方法：按照仪器标准操作程序操作。结果：动脉全血与静脉血浆间钾测定存在差异，动脉全血钾浓度低于血浆钾浓度。结论：动脉全血血钾检测优点：及时、准确，稳定、结果可靠建议有条件的医院以此为依据推广使用。
