【摘 要】目的：探讨无痛胃镜的最佳药物配伍。方法：择期60例患者分为三组A组为异丙酚复合帕瑞昔布.B组为异丙酚复合芬太尼，C组为单纯异丙酚，记录其术中血流变化，苏醒时间，镇痛效果以Ramsay评分行评判。结果：辅用帕瑞昔布组其血流动力学更加平稳，且对呼吸影响小。结论：帕瑞昔布与丙泊酚联合应用明显加强镇痛和麻醉效果，是一种安全有效的配伍方法。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the best drug compatibility during the gastroscopy.Methods：Choosing 60 patients,which is divided into three groups,Group A is propofol combined with Parecoxib, Group B is propofol combined with fentanyl, Group C is using the propofol only, Recording the blood flow changes and the recovery time, the analgesic effect is judged by Ramsay score.Results,Combining with the Parecoxib has the more stable hemodynamics and the little effect on respiration.Conclusion, Parecoxib combined with propofol significantly strengthens the effect of anagesia and anesthesia,which is a safe and effective way ......
