【摘 要】目的：探讨带锁髓内钉固定术治疗开放性胫腓骨多节段粉碎性骨折患者的围手术期护理方法。方法：对68例开放性胫腓骨多节段粉碎性骨折患者行带锁髓内钉固定术，术前做好体位护理，术后注意观察患肢情况，指导患者进行早期功能锻炼。结果：本组住院9—31d，平均(25.0±2.3)d。术后随访6—13个月，平均(10.0±1.8)个月，所有患者骨折均骨性愈合，优良率为94.12%，无一例并发症发生。结论：带锁髓内钉固定术是治疗开放性胫腓骨多节段粉碎性骨折的有效方法，个体化护理是胫腓骨功能恢复的必要条件。
