【摘 要】目的：对电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效进行探讨。方法：对行经尿道前列腺电切的前列腺增生症的98例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：98例经电切治疗的前列腺增生患者，没有出现手术并发症。手术后国际前列腺症状评分有所改善，最大尿流率有明显增加。结论：安全、效果好、并发症少，疗效确切是电切治疗良性前列腺所具有的特点，在临床上值得推广应用。
