【摘 要】目的：探讨子宫内膜癌患者治疗预后。方法：通过对50例子宫内膜癌治疗后患者随机分成实验组和对照组，其中实验组是使用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸进行保肝治疗，对照组采用常规保守治疗，观察两组的保肝作用疗效。结果：使用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸进行保肝治疗组治疗有效率为88%，常规保守对照组治疗的总有效率只能达到52%。结论：子宫内膜癌患者通过采纳丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸早期治疗，其预后保肝作用良好。
