     【摘 要】目的：对PDCA循环管理模式在临床护理管理中的应用效果进行评价分析。方法：抽取我院实施PDCA循环管理模式前、后住院患者各80例，对比护理工作质量。结果：在实施PDCA循环管理模式后，患者满意度较实施前得到显著升高、护理差错发生率有效降低。结论：在临床护理工作管理中对PDCA循环管理模式予以合理运用，可有效改善护理工作质量。
