【摘 要】系统压力是考量液相色谱仪正常运行的最重要指标，仪器操作人员需要结合理论和实践，掌握压力故障的表现形式、分析思路和排除方法，快速准确的解决各种压力异常问题，使日常分析工作更为有效可靠。本文基于仪器硬件故障导致的压力问题的分析，总结安捷伦液相色谱仪压力相关问题的诊断方法。

    【Abstract】The system pressure is considered most important index of liquid chromatograph. Instrument operator needs to combine the theory and practice, master pressure fault forms, analysis and elimination methods, to solve all kinds of abnormal pressure problems more quickly and accurately and make the daily analysis work is more effective and reliable. Based on the analysis of pressure problem caused by the hardware of instrument, this article summarize the diagnostic methods of agilent’s HPLC.
