【摘 要】目的：分析老年脑血管病人跌倒的危险因素及探讨如何护理干预的对策。方法：对2011年3月到2014年3月在我科住院的有跌倒史的老年脑血管病人进行相关危险因素调查与分析。结果：跌倒相关危险因素主要有六种因素。结论：进行合理的护理，可有效预防老年脑血管住院病人的再次跌倒。

    【Abstract】Objective： to analyze falls in elderly stroke patients and the discussion of countermeasures to nursing intervention. Methods： from 2011 to March to 2014 March in our hospital have senile fall history investigation and analysis.Results： the risk factors of fal six factors. Conclusion reasonable care， can effectively prevent senile patients fall again.
