【摘 要】目的：探讨手术器械清洗方法，评估效果及相关因素观察，提高医疗器械的清洗质量，预防医源性感染。方法：将手术后器械分为两组，一组不经过多酶清洗剂浸泡直接用全自动清洗机清洗，一组采用多酶清洗剂浸泡后再用清洗机清洗，将两种清洗方法清洗后的手术器械的质量结果进行比较。结果：两种清洗方法清洗后的器械均使用OB试剂专用测定纸检测法进行质量检查的结果比较：OB试剂专用测定纸检测法有统计学意义。结论：采用多酶清洗剂浸泡后再用全自动清洗机清洗后的手术器械可以显著提高清洗质量，保证消毒灭菌成功，预防医源性感染。

    【Abstract】OBJECTIVE：Discuss surgical instrument cleaning methods and evaluate the performance and related factors for improvement of cleaning quality and nosocomial infection prevention. METHODS：Categorize surgical instruments into two groups. Group one to go through auto-washer directly and group two to go through pre-soak and then auto-washer. Compare the cleaning quality of these two groups. RESULTS：Two methods of cleaning after cleaning the OB reagent for determination of paper test instruments are used for quality inspection result comparison： OB reagent for determination of test paper have statistical significance CONCLUSION：Group with pre-soak and then auto-washer shows better cleaning quality to ensure sterilization success and nosocomial infection prevention. ......
