HPLC—ELSD法测正心泰胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

     【摘 要】目的：建立HPLC-ESLD法测定正心泰胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法：采用Aglient C18 色谱柱；漂移管温度：50℃；载气压力：30 PSI 流动相：乙腈-水(32：68)；流速：1.0mL/min，柱温：20℃。结果：黄芪甲苷进样量在0.4169-8.036ug范围内浓度对数与峰面积对数线性关系良好(r=0.9994)；平均回收率(n=6)为101.3%，RSD为1.7% 。结论：本法简捷、准确、重复性好，可作为评价正心泰胶囊中黄芪甲苷的质控方法。
