股骨远端Hoffa骨折手术疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：摇探讨股骨远端Hoffa骨折的临床特点和治疗方法。方法：对11例股骨远端H0ffa骨折采用切开复位固定治疗。结果：11例均获得随方，时间23.6月，骨折愈合时间3—6个月，功能恢复参照Letenneur et al评分：优良7例，可l例，差3例。结论：对于远端Hoffa骨折手术干预治疗，恢复关节结构有利于早期锻炼及负重活动。

【Abstract】Objective：shaking to investigate Hoffa fracture of the distal femur clinical features and treatment. Fracture were treated with open reduction and fixation of 11 cases of distal femur H0ffa. 11 cases with the party 23.6 months， fracture healing time of 3-6 months， the recovery reference Letenneur et al rating： excellent seven cases， l cases and poor in 3 cases. Conclusion：For remote the Hoffa fracture surgical intervention to restore joint structure in favor of early exercise and weight-bearing activities
