【摘 要】目的：探讨品管圏在外科腹腔镜中的效果与应用。方法：成立外科腹腔镜手术管理的品管圈小组，通过术前访视，术中配合，制定护理计划，提高护理质量。结果：通过手术室护士的参与提高手术医生、麻醉医生、病人的满意度，减少差错事故的发生，提高手术的成功率。结论：应用品管圈方法进行外科腹腔镜手术的管理，不仅提高了手术的配合默契度，发扬了医务人员的团队精神，提高了合作意识，充分体现的护士的自主权、参与权、管理权。
