【摘 要】急诊科由于面对的多为危重患者，此类患者发病迅速、病情危重，患者自身及其家属的心理压力相对较大，情绪急躁，因此灵活运用沟通技巧，加强急诊护患关系非常重要。本文主要对沟通技巧在急诊护患关系中的应用进行研究与讨论，并提出几点有效的沟通技巧，以期能够对减少纠纷，建设信任和谐的护患关系有所裨益。
