【摘 要】目的：探讨患有心血管疾病的老年患者的心理特征及针对性的护理方法。方法：2013.01—2014.01期间我院收治的290例老年患者心理状态进行综合分析，针对老年患者各自的心理特点，采取针对性的心理护理措施。结果：290例老年患者得到有效救治，对护理满意率大为提高，住院时间缩短。结论：对老年心血管患者应采取必要的心理护理，能够缩短患者住院时间，提高治疗效果。
