【摘 要】目的：观察和分析p53、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在鼻咽癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义。方法：收集40例鼻咽癌患者的组织蜡块，随机取同期鼻咽部慢性粘膜炎患者活检蜡块40例作对照。用免疫组化方法检测组织蜡块中p53、VEGF蛋白表达情况，并分析其临床意义。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the expressions and significance of p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in tissue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma( NPC). Methods ：Forceps biopsies of 40 cases with NPC and 40 cases with chronicity blennymenitis of pars nasalis pharynges measured the expressions of p53 and VEGF by immunohis-tochemical staining analysis.Results：The expressions of p53 and VEGF in NPC were significantly higher than those in chronicity blennymenitis of pars nasalis pharynges (P<0.05).
