【摘 要】目的：探讨分层次弹性排班模式在基层中医医院ICU病房的应用。方法：将护理人力进行分层，新老搭配进行排班，并根据患者数量及科室工作量进行调配，以满足基层中医医院ICU护理需要。结果：通过分层次弹性排班，能应对基层中医医院ICU病房人力资源不足的现状，满足患者的护理需要。结论：分层次弹性排班模式可应对基层中医医院ICU病房人力资源不足的现状，能有效地保障护理安全，提高护理质量。
