【摘 要】目的：探讨鼻内镜下应用射频治疗鼻出血的效果。方法：通过对焦作市人民医院两年来收入院的鼻出血病人进行回顾性分析。结果：89例病人，通过鼻内镜下射频止血措施，有86例获得痊愈；2例因高血压转入心血管科治疗；1例行颈外动脉结扎。结论：鼻内镜下射频止血治疗顽固性鼻出血是有效措施，可以推广应用。

    Analysis of transnasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of intractable epistaxis

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of intranasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of epistaxis. Methods：epistaxis patients were analyzed retrospectively which were remedyed by transnasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment. Results：The results of 89 patients by RF intranasal endoscopic hemostasis measures： 86 cases were cured； 2 cases transferred to the cardiovascular surgical treatment due to hypertension； a routine external carotid artery ligation. Conclusions：Transnasal endoscopic radio frequency hemostasis of intractable epistaxis is the effective measures can be extended. ......
