中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘临床分析

【摘 要】目的：分析中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘的实际疗效。方法：分析74例哮喘患者，均分至中西结合组和对照组。对37例中西结合组患者采用中西医结合治疗的手段，对照组患者(氟替卡松气雾剂)普通西医治疗。结果：中西结合组经治疗后的临床效果明显优于单纯普通西医治疗的对照组。总有效率高达94.6%(35/37)，且无不良反应、无复发。结论：与普通单纯西医治疗小儿哮喘相比，中西医结合治疗手段总有效率高、副作用小。
