老年科住院病人营养风险筛查及营养支持状况探究

【摘 要】目的：对我院老年科住院患者的营养风险进行研究和分析，并找出相关营养风险，营养风险与营养支持以及与营养风险与年龄之间的关系。探讨。方法：对我院此次所收治的130例老年住院患者采用营养风险筛查法进行营养风险筛查，同时结合患者的体重指数(BMI)和血清清蛋白以及前清蛋白对患者进行营养不足评估。结果：经过研究发现，年龄越大，发生营养风险的几率越高。结论：在医院老年科住院患者中，患者存在较多的营养风险以及营养不足情况。此外，随着患者年龄的增加，其发生营养风险的几率也在增加。并且老年科中，营养支持不足以及滥用情况均存在。
