中西医综合康复对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

【摘 要】目的：观察中西医综合康复对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法：对2012年7月至2013年3月我院门诊确诊的40例脑卒中患者，按1：1比例随机分为康复组(20例)和对照组(20例)。比较两组治疗前后FMA评分指标的变化。结果：治疗后康复组患者FMA评定运动功能改善明显优于对照组。结论：中西医综合康复能明显改善脑卒中患者的运动功能，提高患者的生存质量。

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on motor function of stroke patients. Methods： 40 cases of stroke patients in 2011 July to 2012 March in our hospital diagnosed， according to the proportion of 1：1 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases).
