【摘 要】目的：了解护生实习中自我防护存在的问题，针对不同的问题采取相应的对策，达到降低护生职业伤害的目的。方法：在查阅文献的基础上自行设计调查问卷，通过不记名方式调查了解护生自我防护的现状。结果：大多数护生缺乏自我防护知识，防护措施欠到位，发生过针刺伤等职业伤害的人数不在少数。结论 护生在实习过程中的自我防护意识淡薄，自我防护教育存在不足。对策：①学校应重视护生自我防护教育；②医院护理部应加强对实习护生职业防护培训；③带教老师应具体指导护生自我防护；④护生应提高自我防护意识。
