【摘 要】目的：探讨对晚期恶性肿瘤患者行舒适护理的临床效果。方法：抽取我院所收治的82例晚期恶性肿瘤患者，接受研究的患者均于2018年5月到2019年5月住院治疗，将其按照抽签法分为舒适组和常规组，各组患者为41例。常规组行常规护理，舒适组行舒适护理，比较各组护理前后生存质量(QLQ-C30)评分以及对于护理工作的满意度。结果：两组护理前的QLQ-C30评分并无十分明显的差异(P〉0.05)，护理后舒适组的QLQ-C30评分(59.36±5.86)分，明显高于常规组(47.12±5.18)分，舒适组护理满意度40例(97.56%)，明显高于常规组34例(82.93%)，P<0.05表示存在统计学参考价值。结论：对晚期恶性肿瘤患者行舒适护理，提高了患者生存质量。
