【摘 要】目的：分析柴胡疏肝散辨證加减联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果及体会。方法：回顾性分析我院胃肠专科门诊收治的58例确诊为反流性食管炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为治疗组33例及对照组25例，其中对照组单纯口服奥美拉唑肠溶片进行治疗;治疗组则在对照组的基础上联合应用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组治愈29例，好转3例，无效1例，治愈率87.88%，总有效率96.98%，患者无明显不良反应。对照组治愈18例，好转5例，无效2例，治愈率72%，总有效率92%，有1例患者服药期间出现腹泻，对症处理后症状缓解;观察组患者的治愈率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组患者的临床总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组与观察组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：柴胡疏肝散与奥美拉唑配合治疗反流性食管炎，可明显缩短疗程，比较单用奥美拉唑治疗效果更加满意。

【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the clinical effect and experience of ChaiHuShuGan powder combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods： the clinical data of 58 patients with reflux esophagitis were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group (33 cases) and control group (25 cases). The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated tablets only; the treatment group was treated with ChaiHuShuGan powder on the basis of the control group. Results： in the treatment group， 29 cases were cured， 3 cases were improved， 1 case was ineffective， the cure rate was 87.88%， the total effective rate was 96.98%， and the patients had no obvious adverse reactions. In the control group， 18 cases were cured， 5 cases were improved， 2 cases were ineffective， the cure rate was 72%， the total effective rate was 92%， there was 1 case of diarrhea during the period of taking medicine， the symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment; in the observation group， the cure rate was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05)， the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was not significantly different (P > 0.05); there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group Statistical significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion：ChaiHuShuGan powder combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can significantly shorten the course of treatment， and the effect is more satisfactory than omeprazole alone.
